நினைவலைகளின் வழியே..

கண் முன் வந்த காற்றை கிழித்து
காதில் நுழைந்த வார்த்தை தவிர்த்து
கண்கள் இரண்டால் உன்னை இழுத்து - நம்
கைகள் கோர்த்து நடை பயின்று
செல்வோம் பிரியாமல், அன்பே - நம்
நினைவலைகளின் வழியே.... 


Translation: Tearing the air that hits out eyes, avoiding the words that enter the ears, binding you with my hands (<==literal translation for first 3 lines) Removing the obstacles that prohibit us to meet, Oh Dear, We shall walk with our hands together in the path enlivened by our thoughts..

உன்னால் நான்...

உன்னை நினைத்து நான் இருந்தேன்
உன் வரவை பார்த்து காத்திருந்தேன்
உன் முன் நின்று இதழ் சிரித்தேன்
உன் கைகள் கொண்டு எனை உணர்ந்தேன்
உன் மௌனம் கண்டு பயந்திருந்தேன்
உன்னால் நான் இன்று மௌனம் ஆனேன்...


Translation: I had been waiting for you, thinking about you all the time. I smiled when you came, atlast, and felt myself with you (your hands).. but I was afraid because of your everlasting silence.. and due to your silence, I am dumbstruck - without you and unable to get away from your thoughts..

வருவோர் பசி தீர்க்கும் பொறுப்பில்

பசி பொறுக்காத உயிர் - உணவகத்தில் சிறுவன்!

புத்தகச்சுமை ஏறாத தோள்களில் ஏனோ 

குடும்பச்சுமை - சுமைதாங்கியாய் சிறுவன்!

திமிருடன் ஊர் சுற்றும் மக்கள் விழிக்கும் முன் 

கணக்குப்பாடம் படிக்கும் வயது ஏனோ 

படிக்கின்றான் களவுப்பாடம் - திசைமாறிய சிறுவன்!
